SMSF Services

The SMSF360 service includes:

  • Regular reporting of fund transactions, including monthly bank reconciliation
  • Ongoing monitoring of contribution limits and pension levels
  • Preparation of Financial Statements and Members’Statements each year
  • Preparation and lodgment of the Fund’s SMSF Annual Return
  • Preparation and lodgment of Instalment Activity Statements and PAYG stationary for pensions and lump sum withdrawals (as required by the law)
  • Preparation and lodgment of Business Activity Statements (as required by the law)
  • Preparation of all Trustee minutes and other related documents supporting the Fund transactions throughout the financial year
  • Maintenance of Fund investments including full capital gains tax history
  • Arrange for the preparation of the Fund’s Independent Audit each year
  • Preparation of documentation relating to pension commencements (including transition to retirement), commutations and lump sum benefits withdrawn
  • Preparation of Trustee minutes and Member documentation relating to revised annual pension amounts at the start of each financial year
  • Ability to act as the mail house for Fund information, including dividend statements, ATO correspondence, etc.
  • Online Trustee access to their fund information, including:
    • Fund transactions,
    • Financial Reports,
    • Investment reports,
    • Member statements, and
    • Fund documentation such as the trust deeds, investment strategy and death benefit nominations
